All Heider scopes come with 5 years of warranty changes regarding the product you have purchased. We have an experienced in-house technical service team and a customer service team, dedicated to provide the best experience for our customers.

WONDERING
All Heider Scopes are designed water resistant and durable to every challenging condition in nature. As a standard in our scopes, nitrogen gas filled body with metal inner case will also prevent moisture and all types of impact.
Porro prism is one of the designs that used in binoculars, monoculars and land telescopes. It is simpler and more light efficient, and its images shows better contrast. All of its reflective surfaces are completely reflective, so it loses no light and this means producing clearer images and better depth perception.
BAK-4 prisms are considered the best type of porro prism as they are made of a high density and superior optical glass. Also Bak-4 prisms show a truer round, which means better light transmission and edge-to-edge sharpness.
Anti-reflection coatings are mainly designed to assist with light transmission thus helping to produce a brighter image with better contrast. Using this coating feature, Heiderscopes collect a great light capacity in order to provide clearer and brighter image. It also provides direct fraction of incident light and reduces reflected light less than %2.
Use a brush or a clean cloth to remove sands and dirt from the rotating parts, focusing wheels and other parts. You can also clean the lens surface by wiping it gently with a lens cleaning cloth or using a lens cleaning tissue with a small amount of lens cleanser liquid available at camera stores.
Heider TA01 universal camera adapter is compatible with all types of smart phones. You can simply adjust the phone holder piece for your smart phone. You can also attach your digital camera to TA01 camera adapter via standart ¼ tripod connection. Please note that DSLR cameras cannot be attached to TA01 camera adapter.
